Welcome to the Fun Fairs Up North
website!
It's been fourty years but were back....well not quite that long but work commitments have seen a slight lack of updates....however we now have a new host, and plenty of new content coming your way. I was shocked to see the number of hits given the lack of updates recently but things will change!
As
the name suggests, this site is dedicated
to the fairs in the North of England,
particularly in the North East region.
Here
you will find pictures & video
clips of all the top rides travelling
the North of England (and some that
don't!), and galleries and fair reports
from fairs around the region.
The
main event in the North East of course
is the Newcastle Town Moor 'Hoppings'
fair which in 2006, runs from the 23rd June - 1st
July - This is a week later than usual so lets hope the weater stays good! The pull starts on Sunday 18th June, and we will be there
taking plenty of pictures. We will be updating this reguarly so keep your eyes peeled.
